1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

2. NO REFUND AND NO EXCHANGE POLICY

Important: Customer dissatisfaction with the product, change of mind, ordering the wrong size/color/model, or any other non-defect related reasons are NOT eligible for returns or refunds.

2.3 Proof Required

Any claim for defective, incorrect, or damaged items must be supported by:

  • Clear photographs of the defective/damaged item
  • Original packaging (if applicable)
  • Order number and proof of purchase
  • Notification within 48 hours of delivery

3. ORDER CONFIRMATION

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

4.3 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute for a valid order that has been shipped may result in:
